This wasn’t always easy for me, far from it.
For years I unknowingly suppressed my creativity in favor of more “practical” pursuits like graduate school, climbing the corporate ladder, and building a home and family, I was left overweight, depressed, suicidal, and addicted to alcohol and sugar.
I supposedly “had it all” which left me feeling guilty about still being unhappy (especially as a parent).
But in 2017, a powerful spiritual awakening shook me to my core and the Universe made one thing explicitly clear: YOU ARE CREATIVE FOR A REASON.
So began my creative journey, which yes, involved lots of creative expressions, but the inner work is what impacted me the most.
Reclaiming my creativity literally saved my life!
Throughout my journey so far, I have learned that the creative process (in whatever expression) allows us to heal ourselves, find our voice, and help others do the same. And so, Awakened Creators was founded to help creative souls like you, do just that.
It’s an honor for me to be a part of your creative journey and it brings me great joy to see you using your creative power as it was intended…to transform yourself and then transform the world!
